Let’s Start a Book Club!

I’ve been toying with the notion of starting a quarterly book club under the Military Wives* section of HHC for some time now. I recently threw the idea out in the forums and received some enthusiastic feedback. So, let’s give it whirl!

Our first reading will be Army Wives: The Unwritten Code of Military Marriage by Tanya Biank.

A lot of us have been following Lifetime TV’s smash hit Army Wives and discussing the drama in the forums. I thought it would great to start with the book that inspired the series.
Perhaps, we can gain some insight into the show’s characters if we read about the people who inspired them.

I want to keep the book club simple, informal, and fun.
