We just moved back from Germany and we have two German Sheppards now. We never got rid of our house so we are needing a fence so we can let the dogs run and not be in the house all day. We have been trying to refinance our house so we can pay off the credit cards and we can get the stuff to put up a fence. But since I do not have a job yet I have to wait until tax season and with just the military pay the banks say that we owe more then what we make, because we have to pay $750 a month for child support. We have explained to them that we are going to be paying off our bills so all we would have is the houe vehicle, regular bills, and child support so we would be at a 40%. We have been asking our family to help and they have helped us with getting christmas ready for the kids and being able to pick them up. We dont know what else to do.
